With decades of leadership experience, Haji Abu Bakar has been appointed as the Chairman of the Board of Governors for Miftah An-Nur. Haji Abu Bakar has served as the Deputy Permanent Secretary, Investment at the Ministry of Finance Brunei Darussalam, and was a pioneer in establishing the Brunei Investment Agency. He believes in empowering future leaders and global citizens to bring about positive change in our world.
